Birth Doula Services
My birth doula package includes the following:
2 prenatal visits, unlimited phone/text support from date of hire, custom birth plan, access to client resources/childbirth education material, continuous labor and birth support and 1 postpartum visit. A virtual consult is required prior to booking.
Fee range: $1,600 - $2,200
*Services are offered on a fee range scale (see FAQ for more information) and payment plans are available in order to meet the needs of more families.

HOW DO I GET STARTED?

Consultation
Fill out the form on the contact tab (or by using the button below) and you'll be sent a link to schedule your consultation. Plan for about 20-30 minutes on a zoom video call to ask all your questions. I'll be asking you some things too! I always treat consultations as a two-way interview so let's see if we would be a good fit working together!

Reserve your space
After your consultation you will be sent a recap email and the ball is in your court. Once you let me know that you'd like to move forward I will send the contract for services to complete. Upon completion, a custom invoice based on your chosen rate will be sent your way. When the signed contract and 50% non-refundable retainer fee is accepted, I'm officially your doula!

Let our journey begin!
Next, you will receive a welcome letter with a link to schedule your first prenatal visit and a Client Intake Form to complete. The first prenatal visit is typically 90 minutes long and is done via zoom. This visit is usually best after your childbirth education has been completed or is at least underway. Our second prenatal visit is always in-home. We cover a wide range of topics; birth preferences, physiology, feeding your baby, comfort techniques and biomechanics, postpartum planning and more!
