If you're looking for a no *BS* approach to learning, ya found it! I'm a HUGE advocate for comprehensive, un-biased, straight forward, evidence-based educational opportunities for pregnant peeps. Lactation Basics
This class is a virtual class and registration comes with a virtual participant folder that WE create together as we go through class. This class is casual and questions/discussion is always welcome. Each class is recorded for you to reference later and will not be shared with those who did not register.
We know breast/chestfeeding is a learned skill, so set yourself up for success! Partners are encouraged to attend with you.

Comfort Measures
This class is offered at Bloom Birth and Wellness Center in Southfield, MI. You will receive a take-home handout and early labor guide as part of your participation in this class! Whether you are birthing in the hospital or at home, planning for medicinal pain relief or an unmedicated birth, this class is for YOU (and your partner)!
