I am here to equip you to make informed decisions that work for YOU, provide comfort measures and unwavering emotional and physical support along the way. I'm a doula that doesn't mess around and when I'm in your corner, I'm there 100%.

What is a doula?
The word "doula" comes from the Greek meaning "a woman who serves". While doulas serve in a wide range of areas; childbirth, bereavement, transition, abortion, postpartum and more, I primarily serve in the perinatal space. For me, this includes pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum and lactation.
